By creating an account or using Domestiq, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Domestiq provides training analytics, AI coaching, route planning, and device sync for cyclists and endurance athletes. Features are divided between a free tier and a paid “Super Domestiq” subscription.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not remove core functionality without notice to paying subscribers.
You own your activity data. By uploading activities to Domestiq, you grant us a limited licence to process and display that data to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your activities, routes, or training records.
You can export your data or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Domestiq's coaching engine uses AI to generate training recommendations based on your data. This is not a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice. Always use your own judgement when following training recommendations, particularly if you have health conditions or are returning from injury.
Domestiq is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the platform or following AI coaching recommendations. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to circumvent subscription controls. We will give reasonable notice where possible. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or Scots law where applicable). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, or the courts of Scotland for users resident in Scotland.
